STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. All Mrs Metal Worx signs are plasma or laser cut from cold rolled sheet steel. This process can leave burrs and sharp edges. We do our best to remove these prior to powder coat but some imperfections and sharp edges may occur. These products are not meant to be handled by small children.
2. Warranty: We warrant that all of our products are free from manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover suitability for purpose, nor does it cover variations in size or color from those displayed on our site. Differences in monitors and lighting can cause color shifts in different displays. 
3. Our products are shipped FOB our dock. This means that our responsibility for damages ends when the shipper picks up the product. Damage that occurs during shipping should be taken up with the shipper.
